B-Lion

Le voilier B-Lion est construit par Aerican Fiberglass en États-Unis. Ce catamaran, gréé en Sloop fractionné, réalisé par l'architecte naval David & Jerry Hubbard, mesure 6.10 m de long avec un tirant d'eau maximum de 0.76 m. La production a démarré en 1965. 190 exemplaires du bateau ont été produits.

Présentation

Submitted to Boating Magazine in 1965 as an IYRU B class doublehander. Plans were available for the home builder but most were built of Fiberglass. It's popularity was soon eclipsed with the introduction of the Tornado (another B class cat) a few years later.
