Le voilier Us1 est construit par Continental Sailcraft en États-Unis. Ce monocoque, gréé en Cat boat, réalisé par l'architecte naval C. Mills, mesure 4.70 m de long avec un tirant d'eau maximum de 0.76 m. La production a démarré en 1973. 450 exemplaires du bateau ont été produits.
