Timber Point One Design

Le voilier Timber Point One Design est un monocoque habitable de croisière, construit par le chantier Greenport Basin And Construction . Ce voilier Quille fixe, gréé en Sloop fractionné, réalisé par l'architecte naval Cox & Stevens avec un tirant d'eau maximum de 1.07 m. La production a démarré en 1925. 25 exemplaires du bateau ont été produits.

All built in the same year (1925). 20 were delivered to Timber Point Club (Great South Bay, NY USA).
The remaining five where shipped to Texas for use at the Houston YC, and called the STERLING CLASS.
Some are still sailing(2010). Todays boat no longer has the centerboard.
