Morgan 42-2

Le voilier Morgan 42-2 est un monocoque habitable de croisière, construit par le chantier Morgan Yacht en États-Unis. Ce voilier Quille fixe, gréé en Sloop en tête, réalisé par l'architecte naval Charles Morgan avec un tirant d'eau maximum de 1.83 m. La production a démarré en 1969.

First 2 boats raced in the SORC of 1970, one owned by the designer.
Major differences between the MORGAN 42 MKII and the earlier verison:
The propeller is in front of skeg (instead of within a skeg cutaway), a slightly deeper keel, and slightly different rig. Diesel engine avail. as an option.
